Evangel University of the Assemblies of God

Niebuhr was a two-time Heart of America Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year in 2004 and 2005. She earned First Team All-Region honors both seasons and was a three-time all-conference selection as well.  

She currently holds single-season records for wins, innings pitched, strikeouts, appearances, and complete games. She is the all-time wins leader in the circle with 58 and her 615 career strikeouts is also the most in program history. She also threw 1 of 5 program no-hitters during her career. 

Her contributions to the Evangel softball team helped win two conference championships in 2004 and 2005. The team advanced to the NAIA Region tournament three times during her playing career including a 44-17 record as a senior in 2005.
