The all-time leading rebounder in Evangel history, Jeff Zilinski pulled down an amazing 991 rebounds, the only Evangel player to grab more than 840. His single-season rebounding marks in a single-season rank 7th, 10th, and 12th best, while his 8.5 rebound average still ranks first. 

Zilinski was just the second-ever all-district selection for Evangel men's basketball earning first-team honors in 1979. He also was an outstanding scorer as he still ranks 9th all-time in points scored with 1,649.
