SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The 13th-ranked Evangel Softball program travels to Lindsborg, Kan., on Saturday (Apr. 11) afternoon, taking on the Bethany College Swedes for a KCAC doubleheader.
First pitch for Evangel's matchup with the Swedes is set for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel leads Bethany, 4-0, in the all-time series, taking road wins last season, 12-4 and 12-5.
OPENING STORYLINES

Kenna Mayfield currently leads Evangel in most offensive categories, swinging a .464 bat while also stealing 45 bases (3rd most in nation) and scoring 40 runs.

Naomi Perkins and Lauren Dill have also swung the bat well so far this season, as Perkins boasts a .378 batting average and Dill has a .350 from the plate.

Audrey Carlton leads Evangel in RBIs so far this year, currently with 31.

Maddy Meierer leads Evangel with a 1.25 ERA, having gone 17-3 so far this season from the circle with 131 strikeouts.
