WICHITA, Kan. – After another stellar weekend at the Evangel Quad, Evangel middle blocker Vivianna Sanchez earned her second consecutive KCAC Defensive Player of the Week honor.

Sanchez recorded 43 kills last weekend, helping the Valor go 3-0 at home.

Vivianna also recorded 25 total blocks last week, averaging 1.56 per set.

Vivianna currently ranks fifth in the nation in blocks per set, currently averaging 1.48 per game.
