SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Volleyball will host their annual quad, beginning on September 5th with Mission, Bethany, and Texas A&M-Texarkana all taking part in the classic. A full schedule is listed below.

OPENING STORYLINES

  • 2:30 PM (Sept. 5) - Evangel vs Bethany

  • 4:45 PM (Sept. 5) - Mission vs Texas A&M-Texarkana

  • 7:00 PM (Sept. 5) - Evangel vs Texas A&M-Texarkana

  • 9:30 AM (Sept. 6) - Mission vs Bethany

  • 11:30 AM (Sept. 6) - Texas A&M-Texarkana vs Bethany

  • 2:00 PM (Sept. 6) - Evangel vs Mission

• Evangel fell on Wednesday (Sept. 3) evening in a five-set battle with College of the Ozarks, 3-2.

• Senior Bella Wakley leads Evangel with 97 kills so far this season, averaging 2.94 per set.

• Junior Jessica Pritchett leads Evangel in assists, currently with 160 this year.

• Senior Vivianna Sanchez leads the team with 49 blocks so far this year, currently averaging 1.48 per set.

• Senior Kenna Wise has continued to be strong defensively, currently with 163 total digs to lead the team, averaging 4.94 per set.

• In the all-time matchup, Evangel leads Mission, 4-0, trails Bethany, 2-3, and has never matched up with Texas A&M-Texarkana.

LOOKING AHEAD

Valor Volleyball travels to Columbia, Mo., on Tuesday (Sept. 9) evening at 6:00 p.m. to take on Stephens College.
