SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – After a sweep of Avila on Tuesday, Valor Softball hits the road to take on the McPherson Bulldogs, looking to take their fifth consecutive conference series.
First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (Apr. 12) afternoon as the Valor look to continue their strong play of late.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel is 2-0 against McPherson, after sweeping the Bulldogs at home last season, 17-0 (5 inn.) and 2-1.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel swept Avila on the road last Tuesday, 6-0 and 5-2, to move their winning streak to eight games.
