SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Softball returns to Branson on Friday and Saturday (Mar. 7/8) afternoon, competing at the Branson RecPlex in the Grand Slam Classic.
The Valor will take on Doane and Hastings on Friday afternoon at 1:15 and 3:15 PM, respectively, while concluding the classic against Mount Marty and Culver Stockton on Saturday at 2:00 and 4:30 PM.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel will take on Doane in their first matchup all-time, while leading the all-time series with Mount Marty, 1-0. Evangel trails all-time against former Heart foe Culver-Stockton, 41-47, and is tied with Hastings, 1-1.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel is coming off a 1-1 series against Central Baptist last Saturday, falling 3-1 in game one but bouncing back with a 8-2 win.
