SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Valor Men's and Women's Cross Country competes at the KCAC Cross Country Conference Championships on Saturday (Nov. 9) morning, looking to take a shot at claiming a conference title and put forth several PR's.
The Valor men are set to run at 10:30 a.m, followed by the women who are set to compete at 11:30 a.m.
STORYLINES

Julia Rust led the Lady Valor in the last meet, running a 23:00.1 at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic, placing 32nd overall.

Ethan Montgomery placed 47th overall at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic to lead the men's team, running a time of 25:44.08.

The Valor women are still currently receiving votes in the NAIA top 25 coaches rating.

Evangel's women and men both placed fourth overall last year at the conference meet.
