WICHITA, Kan. – After a pair of strong performances from Emily Harris and Ethan Montgomery at the Queen City Invite, both Valor athletes were honored by being named the KCAC XC Runners of the Week.
Emily Harris | Sr. | Nixa, Mo.

Emily ran a 19:23 5K event on Saturday, placing 20th overall.

Harris beat out several competitors from NCAA Division 1 Missouri State and Division 2 Southwest Baptist and Drury.
Ethan Montgomery | Sr. | Willard, Mo.

Montgomery ran a 25:44 8k event on Saturday, earning a 4th place finish.

Ethan also beat out several NCAA D-1 and D-2 competitors, nearly making a top NAIA finish at the meet.
