Richardson and Graham Set to Compete at NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Nationals

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Valor Track and Field's Koby Graham and Alex Richardson are set to take part in the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in Marion, Ind., on Wednesday and Thursday, looking to continue to break school records and grab national honors as a pair of freshmen.

Koby and Alex both qualified in the Javelin event, which will take place at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow (May 24) afternoon. Richardson enters the championship event with the fifth furthest throw this season, throwing a 64.07 meter toss earlier this season. Graham qualified on the first week of outdoor competition with his throw of 62.78, currently the seventh furthest throw this season.

Richardson also qualified in the Discus event, which will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday (May 25) evening. Alex enters the championship event with the 19th furthest throw in the nation with a measure of 48.81 meters.
