Crusaders end season vs. #2 Baker: Evangel plays their Senior Day game to end the regular season facing second ranked Baker on Saturday at JFK Stadium. 

Evangel 3-7 and 0-4 in the Heart of America conference's Southern Division. The Crusaders lost 34-27 at Avila last week. It marked the fourth time in the last five games Evangel has lost by 7 points or less. They fell by three points to Graceland on Oct. 3 and by three to Missouri Valley on Oct. 31. 

Baker is ranked 2nd nationally in the NAIA and bring in a 9-1 record with a 4-0 mark in the division. The Wildcats have clinched the Southern Division title and an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship Series that starts next week. Last week they shut out Missouri Valley 26-0 to stay unbeaten in the division. 

The Wildcats lead the all-time series 16-11 and have won their last three meetings against Evangel. The Crusaders last won over Baker in 2011. The Wildcats won 24-14 in Springfield last year.
