AUSTIN, Texas – Zach Myers and Jaren Foster were named as NAIA Academic All-Americans by the College Sports Communicators on Tuesday, for their hard work in the classroom, as well as the football field in the 2025 season. Myers was named the NAIA Team Member of the Year, given to the top overall All-American in the division.
Zach Myers, a Lee's Summit, Mo., native, finished his strong 2025 campaign earning KCAC Defensive Player of the Year honors. Zach finished with 15 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks, leading the KCAC in both marks. Myers also finished the year with 52 total tackles and was named a consensus All-American, earning honors from the NAIA, AFCA, VSN, AP, and CSC.
Jaren Foster, a St. Charles, Mo., native, finished his year with 56 total tackles and 3.5 for loss. The safety also finished with eight pass breakups, a blocked PAT, and came away with a pair of interceptions. For his effort, Foster was named First Team All-KCAC in 2025.
The NAIA Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NAIA national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 NAIA Academic All-America® program.
The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes football honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
