LINK TO 2026 SCHEDULE

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Evangel Valor football team announced their 2026 season schedule on Monday highlighted by five home games for the defending Kessinger Division champions.

Evangel opens the season on Saturday, August 29th, in Nixa against the University of Saint Mary at 6:00 p.m. The Valor will compete in their first road game on Saturday, Sept. 5, against the Sterling College Warriors at a time to be announced before hosting the Southwestern College Moundbuilders on September 12th.

The Valor will take on the McPherson College Bulldogs on September 19th at a time to be announced in McPherson, before returning to Nixa for a 6:00 p.m. kickoff against Friends on September 26th. Concluding their non-divisional schedule, Evangel will travel to Salina, Kan., to take on Kansas Wesleyan on October 3rd.

After Evangel's bye week, the Valor will open divisional play by traveling to face off with the Ottawa Braves on Oct. 17th at 1:00 p.m., before returning to Nixa for homecoming against the Avila Eagles at 1:00 p.m. on Oct. 24th. Evangel concludes their home slate of games on Halloween, taking on the Tabor College Bluejays for senior day.

The Valor conclude their regular season in November on the road, taking on the Bethel College Threshers on November 7th before their finale at Bethany on November 14th, all at times to be announced.

Valor Football single-game and season tickets will go on sale at a later date to be announced.
