The Crusaders are 4-2, 2-2 in the Heart of America conference and are coming off of a 54-20 win over Avila last week.
MidAmerica Nazarene is 4-1 and 3-1 in the HAAC. The Pioneers defeated seventh ranked Missouri Valley 20-17 last week in Arrowhead Stadium. MNU's loss came the previous week at Central Methodist 24-18.
Evangel has not beaten MidAmerica Nazarene since 2002 and have lost 11 straight to the Pioneers. MNU leads the all-time series 15-10-1 and won last year's game 54-22 in Springfield on Sept. 28. Evangel's last win over the Pioneers was a 41-33 win at JFK Stadium in '02.
