SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Evangel Valor Men's Soccer team was tabbed to finish 10th in the 2026 Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Coaches Poll released on Friday.

Evangel earned 58 points in the poll voting, ahead of Bethel (50), Sterling (37), Avila (34) and Bethany (16). Oklahoma Wesleyan earned first place honors, tallying 156 total points, including 13 first place votes, the most that can be earned by a team. Ottawa (143, 1), York (119), Kansas Wesleyan (114), and Southwestern (106) rounded out the top five teams in the preseason poll. The full results of the poll are posted below.

Evangel kicks off the 2026 season next Friday (Aug. 21) at 5:00 pm against the Ozark Christian College Ambassadors. The Valor open conference play at home against the Oklahoma Wesleyan Eagles, on September 16th, who were named the top team in the conference in the preseason coaches poll.
