SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Baseball returns home on Friday and Saturday to take on the McPherson College Bulldogs in a three game KCAC series at University Field.
First pitch for Friday's doubleheader is set for 12:00 p.m., with Saturday's single nine-inning matchup also set to begin at 12:00 p.m.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel and McPherson are tied in the all-time series, 5-5, as the Valor were swept in Ozark last season, 6-5 (10 inn.), 7-5, and 6-4.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel is currently 20-21 this season, as the Valor are coming off a road series loss with Saint Mary, taking a 12-2 win, as well as 3-1 and 5-4 losses.

The Valor currently sit seventh in the conference, just one game ahead of both Sterling and York who are eighth and ninth, respectively. McPherson currently sits in fifth in the conference standings.
