ROLLA, Mo. – Valor Track and Field continued their outdoor season on Saturday (Mar. 22) afternoon, taking part in the Miner Invitational, hosted by NCAA D-II Missouri S&T.Â
The Valor competed well on Saturday as both Devyn Wright and Alex Richardson qualified for the NAIA Outdoor National Championships, with Devyn qualifying in the 400 meter dash, where he broke the meet and school record with a time of 46.60 seconds, while Alex hit the B standard in the Discus and Javelin throws.
Both the men's and women's 4x100 meter relay teams, Liberty Wiles, and Joshua Leazer all also broke school records in their respective events on Saturday.
