Evangel WBB Jumps Five Spots, Currently #17 in Latest NAIA Top 25 Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the fifth edition of the Coaches Top 25 rating released on Wednesday, Valor Women's Basketball had the largest jump in the poll, moving up five spots to 17th in the nation.

Evangel has gone 3-0 since the last poll, taking home wins over Avila and Oklahoma Wesleyan as well as a road win over the defending KCAC champions, Kansas Wesleyan. EU's lone loss this season is to Columbia, who is currently first in the American Midwest Conference (AMC).

In the KCAC, Friends also moved up, currently at 20th in the nation.

Evangel Women's Basketball returns to action tonight, taking on the Ottawa Braves at 5:30 p.m. in AGFinancial Arena. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here.
