SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Basketball opens a three game homestand on Wednesday (Jan. 21) evening, hosting the Oklahoma Wesleyan Eagles in a 5:30 p.m. KCAC matchup in AGFinancial Arena.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel is 26-7 all-time against Oklahoma Wesleyan, taking four straight in the series, including a home win last season, 83-74.

Evangel is coming off their 14th consecutive win and 12th in KCAC play, a battle with Kansas Wesleyan on the road, 96-89.

Cassidy Hambelton leads Evangel in assists with 95 and steals with 49 so far this year.

Heaven Shockley leads Evangel in points per game, currently averaging 15.6 with Carson Dillard just behind at 14.9. Ali Kamies and Hambelton round out double digit averages for EU, putting up 13.6 and 12.1 per contest, respectively.

Dillard entered the top 10 in three point makes in a career at EU last Wednesday, currently with 154 (8th), while Kamie Jenkins is eighth in blocks (77) and 15th in rebounds (646) in a career.

Shockley entered the top 15 for blocks in a single season on Saturday and is currently tied for 12th overall with 36 so far this year.
