KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Evangel Volleyball continued conference play on Wednesday (Sept. 24) evening, taking on the Avila Eagles, in search of their second win in KCAC play. Evangel struggled offensively in set one, recording 12 errors, but were able to overcome their mistakes in a 26-24 win. The Valor trailed 14-12 before racking off an 8-2 run to take a 20-16 lead. Jessica Pritchett helped fuel the run with a pair of service aces. Avila responded with an 8-2 run of their own to lead EU 24-22.
