Valor Men's Soccer Continues Homestand with Avila on Wednesday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Men's Soccer looks to earn their first conference win on Wednesday evening, hosting the Avila Eagles at Coryell Field.

OPENING STORYLINES

Valor Men's Soccer played to a draw on Saturday afternoon with McPherson, 1-1.
Junior Caleb Kuchta leads Evangel with four goals scored so far this season.
Juyong Kim remains the team leader in assists, currently with three on the season. Kim also scored the game-tying goal on Saturday.
Davide Marzoli has allowed just 0.88 goals per game and has recorded 26 saves so far this season as EU's goalkeeper.
Evangel and Avila match up for the seventh time in program history on Wednesday, with EU trailing in the series, 3-2-1. Last season, Evangel was victorious at home, 3-0, with Andrea Fincato scoring a goal in the win.
