KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the first edition of the Coaches Top 25 rating released on Wednesday, Valor Women's Basketball remained receiving votes, moving up a spot to #37.

Evangel opened the season with a 2-1 record, taking a home win against Crowley's Ridge and a road victory over College of the Ozarks. EU's lone loss is to Columbia, who is one spot above EU in the poll.

In the KCAC, Friends is also receiving votes, currently sitting at 33rd overall.

Evangel Women's Basketball opens their KCAC conference slate on Saturday (Nov. 15) afternoon at 1:00 p.m. against the Friends Falcons in Wichita.
