KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the ninth edition of the Coaches Top 25 rating released on Monday, Valor Football jumped a spot to move up to #22 overall.
Evangel is coming off a home win over Bethel, 51-0, and has earned road wins against Avila, Saint Mary and #14 Southwestern, as well as home wins against (RV) Kansas Wesleyan, Sterling, Tabor, and Ottawa.
In the KCAC, Friends moved into a tie for #4 in the nation, while Southwestern moved up to #23. McPherson dropped to #24 after a road loss to Kansas Wesleyan, who jumped back into receiving votes territory.
Valor Football concludes their regular season on Saturday (Nov. 15) afternoon, taking on the Bethany College Swedes at 1:05 p.m. in Nixa for senior day.
