JOPLIN, Mo. – Valor Golf traveled just west of Springfield to Joplin on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 6/7) to compete at the EU Fall Invitational. The men's team placed second overall behind a tied for third place finish from Thomas Bolin, while the women placed second as well, paced by a first place finish from Catherine Rhoads.

Thomas Bolin (tied third) shot a 217 (+1) through Evangel's three round meet, leading the charge, while Austin King (11th) shot a 225 (+9) and William Rader (tied 18th) shot a 231 (+15) to round out top three finishes for EU.

Catherine Rhoads (1st) shot a 156 (+12) over two rounds to lead the Valor women and the entire field, while Sophie Nall (tied 6th) shot 168 (+24) and Lillie Mannering (9th) shot 171 (+27) to round out the women's top three finishes.
