SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Men's Soccer returns to action on Wednesday (Oct. 15) evening, hosting the Southwestern College Moundbuilders, another strong KCAC squad, at 7:30 p.m.

OPENING STORYLINES 

• Valor Men's Soccer drew with the York Panthers on Saturday, 1-1.

• Junior Caleb Kuchta leads Evangel with five goals scored so far this season.

• Juyong Kim and Ruben Gonzalez are tied for the team lead in assists, both with three so far this year.

• Davide Marzoli has allowed just 0.77 goals per game and has recorded 44 saves so far this season as EU's goalkeeper.

• Evangel and Southwestern match up for the third time in program history on Wednesday, with Evangel trailing 0-2 in the series. Last season, Evangel fell 0-1 at home.

LOOKING AHEAD 

The Valor hit the road on Friday (Oct. 17) afternoon at 3:30 p.m., taking on the Sterling College Warriors in Sterling, Kansas.
