SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Men's Soccer looks to bounce back, playing host to a strong York Panthers squad that has already claimed five wins in conference play, on Saturday (Oct. 11) afternoon at 2:30 p.m.

OPENING STORYLINES 

• Valor Men's Soccer fell to Ottawa on Wednesday night, 2-0.

• Junior Caleb Kuchta leads Evangel with five goals scored so far this season.

• Juyong Kim and Ruben Gonzalez are tied for the team lead in assists, both with three so far this year.

• Davide Marzoli has allowed just 0.75 goals per game and has recorded 39 saves so far this season as EU's goalkeeper.

• Evangel and York match up for the third time in program history on Saturday, with Evangel trailing 0-1-1 in the series. Last season, Evangel tied with the Panthers at home, 1-1.

LOOKING AHEAD 

The Valor conclude their homestand on Wednesday (Oct. 15) evening, hosting the Southwestern College Moundbuilders for Honoring First Responders Night at 7:30 p.m.
