SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Soccer plays host to the York Panthers on Saturday (Oct. 11) afternoon at noon, their first game in a short two-game homestand.

The Valor fell to the Ottawa Braves on Wednesday night in a tight battle, 1-0, despite dominating time of possession and shot opportunities.

Evangel is led offensively by freshman forward Amaura Austell, who has scored a team high four goals so far this season.

Evangel will match up with York for just the third time in program history, defeating the Panthers last season at home, 2-0, with Makayla Myers scoring a goal in the win.
