SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel women's soccer team concludes their two game road stand on Wednesday (Oct. 18) evening, traveling to Winfield, Kansas, to take on Southwestern College in a KCAC conference matchup.

OPENING STORYLINES 

• Evangel Women's Soccer put another tally in the win column, defeating McPherson on the road last Saturday, 2-0.

• Anna Crain leads the Valor in goals and assists, currently with nine and five, respectively, on the season. Her nine goals are tied for the sixth most in the KCAC.

• Chloe Hancock leads Evangel in saves, currently with 62 on the year.

• 11 Valor athletes have scored goals this season, with Sarah Wilkins scoring her first of the season last Saturday.

• Evangel and Southwestern will match up in their first ever matchup between both teams on Wednesday.

LOOKING AHEAD

Evangel Women's Soccer returns home on Friday (Oct. 20) afternoon, to compete against the Sterling College Warriors at 3:00 p.m. for senior day and homecoming festivities.
