SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel men's basketball team looks to stay on the winning track Saturday continuing its road swing at Grand View University.
SERIES HISTORY
Evangel leads the all-time series with Grand View 7-1 having won the last three meetings with the Vikings. Last season the Crusaders won in the final minute, 75-73, at Grand View in the only meeting between the two teams.
OPENING STORYLINES
► Evangel snapped its losing streak Thursday night with an 89-71 win at Culver-Stockton. The Crusaders head into Saturday's game looking for a second straight win and a fourth straight win over Grand View. Last season Evangel won the only meeting in the final minute at Grand View, 75-73.

Clark Brewington eclipsed 100 three-pointers for his career Thursday night and is the 24th Crusaders to make 100 three-pointers. Brewington also continues to lead Evangel in scoring at 12.2 points per game.
► Transfer
Chris Stocks helped make an impact in his first game with the Crusaders leading the team with 14 points and five assists. Stocks was eligible immediately after graduating from Three Rivers Community College last semester.
► Freshman
Cade Coffman has helped the Crusaders in both scoring and rebounding as his average has jumped to double figures at 10.8 points per game. Coffman also ranks 13th in NAIA in offensive rebounding and his 5.8 rebounds per game rank 16th in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

Evangel continues road action back in Missouri next Thursday at Missouri Valley. Tipoff from Marshall, Missouri is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
