Springfield, Mo. – Evangel men's soccer dropped a home match Saturday 8-0 to 13th ranked MidAmerica Nazarene.
The Pioneers scored four goals in both halves. Luis Cadena led the way for MidAmerica with two goals, both exactly one minute apart in the first half. Lucas Machado added a goal and an assist for the Pioneers.
Evangel record dropped to 0-13 and 0-9 in the Heart of America conference. MidAmerica Nazarene improved to 12-3-1 and 7-1 in the conference.
Evangel's final game of the season will be Saturday, October 31st when they play host to Benedictine in a conference matchup. Kickoff is schedule for 7:30pm.
