KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the first edition of the Coaches Top 25 rating released on Monday, Valor Football jumped a pair of spots, currently at #17 in the country.

Evangel has gone 3-0 to open the season, taking wins over unranked Saint Mary and Sterling, as well as previously ranked #22 Southwestern last Saturday.

In the KCAC, Friends sits at #7, while McPherson is just one spot behind Evangel, sitting at #18. Kansas Wesleyan, Ottawa, and Southwestern are all receiving votes in the rating.

Valor Football returns to action on Saturday (Sept. 19) night in McPherson, Kansas, taking on the 18th ranked Bulldogs of McPherson at 6:00 p.m.
