WICHITA, Kan. – On Sunday (Apr. 26) evening, Valor Women's Golf athletes Catherine Rhoads, Sophie Nall, and Lillie Mannering earned KCAC All-Conference honors for their play in the spring 2026 season. The Valor Women's Golf Team was also honored with the Team of Character award, given to the top overall team in the KCAC in terms of sportsmanship, academics, and community service.
Rhoads, a junior from Springfield, earned first team honors, after earning a pair of fifth place finishes in the spring season, also earning KCAC Women's Golfer of the Week honors earlier in the season. Catherine was also selected as Evangel's Champion of Character representative, given to the athlete who demonstrates exceptional sportsmanship from each team.
Nall, a freshman from St. Louis, earned second team honors, earning a trio of top 15 finishes, including an eighth place finish at the final meet of the regular season.
Mannering, a freshman from Warrensburg, also earned second team honors, rounding out All-KCAC honors for EU, after earning a pair of top 10 finishes, including placing ninth at their most recent meet.
The Valor Women's Golf team competes in the KCAC Women's Golf Conference Championship from Monday through Wednesday, April 27th - 29th in Newton, Kan., at Sand Creek Station.
