SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Soccer student athletes Austyn Mickey, LoriAnn McClellan, Rylee Clapp, McKenzie Calhoun, Emma Budimlya, and Makayla Myers were honored by being named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for the 2025 season.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.
Evangel Women's Soccer earned the maximum amount of honorees in the 2025 season. All six athletes had to meet several requirements to garner the honor, including performing in 66% of Evangel's contests, having a 3.50 cumulative GPA, and being a key contributor who had significant statistics that helped the team. McKenzie Calhoun, Rylee Clapp, and LoriAnn McClellan both earned the honor for their second time, while the other three were honored for the first time this season.
