KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the preseason edition of the coaches Top 25 rating released on Wednesday, Valor Softball opens the 2026 season at #25 in the nation.

Evangel currently sits at 75 total points earned, after going 42-12 last season and earning the KCAC Conference Tournament title. Joining Evangel from the KCAC is Friends, who is receiving votes, currently #27 in the nation.

Valor Softball opens their season at the end of January, with their schedule release coming next week.
