SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Women's Soccer hosts the Bethel College Threshers on Saturday (Oct. 25) afternoon at 12:00 p.m., looking to bounce back and earn additional points to their conference total. Festivities for senior day are set to begin at 11:30 a.m.

Evangel is led offensively by freshman Amaura Austell, who has scored a team high eight goals so far this season.

Makayla Myers leads the team with five assists so far this year, while also scoring the second most goals on the team this season (5, tied with McKenzie Calhoun).

Currently, Evangel is sixth in the conference standings, while Bethel is tied for 11th overall. Only eight teams make the conference tournament.

Evangel will match up with Bethel for the fourth time in program history, earning a 2-1 win on the road last season.
