SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel Volleyball concludes their brief homestand on Wednesday (Oct. 22) night, hosting the Friends Falcons.

First serve is set for 7:00 p.m., in AGFinancial Arena.

OPENING STORYLINES 

• Evangel defeated Sterling in four sets on Friday (Oct. 17) evening.

• Evangel currently boasts one of the longest win streaks in the nation, taking 18 consecutive wins, the fourth longest in the country.

• Senior Bella Wakley leads Evangel with 284 kills so far this season, averaging 3.02 per set.

• Redshirt freshman Brooklyn Claxton leads Evangel in assists, currently with 474 this year.

• Senior Vivianna Sanchez leads the team with 164 blocks so far this year, currently averaging 1.74 per set.

• Senior Kenna Wise has continued to be strong defensively, currently with 477 total digs to lead the team, which is the most in the conference.

• In the all-time matchup, Evangel leads Friends, 9-4, taking the last two wins in the series.
