HIGHLIGHTS
QUOTABLE
"For me, today was indeed an instance of competing without completing. We honestly played quite well, in fact, our performance was for sure better than the scoreline. We were prepared and ready, we had two really good sessions leading up to the match and even understood what the match was going to be like. I do think we need to be a bit better at anticipating actions to have the best player response to those actions," Women's Soccer Head Coach Bruce Deaton stated. "While this scoreline is very one-sided against us, we still are a very good team that just needs to reach completeness and it will happen. There is not an instance of doubt in my mind about that. We will continue competing and are getting ever so close to completing!! When that happens, it's full throttle ahead. The bottom line is we are playing better football now than at the beginning of the season, now we just need a result to prove it, I understand that part fully!"
