SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Valor Volleyball returns home on Saturday (Nov. 9) morning, hosting the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes at 11:00 a.m. in AGFinancial Arena for their final home regular season match of the season.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel defeated Avila on Wednesday night in dominant fashion, 3-0.

Graduate transfer Loran Pritchett continues to lead the Valor in kills and in service aces, currently with 369 and 32, respectively.

Sophomore Jessica Pritchett leads Evangel in assists, currently with 584 this year.

Junior Vivianna Sanchez leads the team with 124 blocks so far this year, currently averaging 1.31 per set.

Junior Kenna Wise has continued to be strong defensively, currently with 487 total digs to lead the team, averaging 5.13 per set.

If the season were to end today, Evangel would earn the fifth seed in the upcoming KCAC Conference Tournament and travel to fourth seeded Ottawa on November 12th.

Evangel takes on Kansas Wesleyan on Saturday in their fifth all-time matchup, currently leading the series with the Coyotes, 4-1. The Valor were swept last season on the road against Kansas Wesleyan, 0-3.
LOOKING AHEAD
The Valor will await for the completion of all games on Saturday and prepare for the KCAC conference tournament. Evangel can earn the third seed, the fourth seed, or the fifth seed, depending upon the results of Saturday's game.
