SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel women's soccer team returns home on Saturday (Oct. 5) evening after an extended road trip, taking on the Tabor College Bluejays at 5:00 p.m. at Coryell Field.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel Women's Soccer were awarded a victory in their previous conference match to Bethany, due to forfeiture.

Dajah Boykin, McKenzie Calhoun, and LoriAnn McClellan have all scored goals for Evangel so far this season.

The Valor currently hold a 2-5-1 record, looking to start a winning streak in their matchup with Tabor.

Alece Hershey leads the team in shots so far this season, currently with twelve.

Ava Campbell has matched Hershey for the team lead in shots on goal, currently with six so far this year.

Evangel will match up with Tabor for just the second time in Evangel soccer history, as the women look to move to .500 against the Bluejays, currently trailing 0-1 all-time after a 0-2 loss last season.
