SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – After their second consecutive sweep, Valor Volleyball remains at home, hosting the (RV) Ottawa Braves at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (Oct. 30) evening, and will honor their seniors for senior night.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel defeated Sterling on Saturday afternoon, sweeping the Warriors, 3-0.

Graduate transfer Loran Pritchett continues to lead the Valor in kills and in service aces, currently with 309 and 29, respectively.

Sophomore Jessica Pritchett leads Evangel in assists, currently with 483 this year.

Junior Vivianna Sanchez leads the team with 117 blocks so far this year, currently averaging 1.40 per set, which is fourth in the nation.

Junior Kenna Wise has continued to be strong defensively, currently with 415 total digs to lead the team, averaging 4.94 per set.

Seniors Loran Pritchett, Deryan Simpson, Meredith Avery, Lizibeth Marler, and Melanie Cox will be honored prior to first serve.

Evangel takes on Ottawa on Wednesday in their 14th all-time matchup, currently leading the series with the Braves, 9-4. The Valor were swept last season on the road against Ottawa, 0-3.
LOOKING AHEAD
The Valor hit the road on Saturday (Nov. 2) afternoon, taking on the York Panthers in York, Neb., at 2:00 p.m.
