SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Valor Volleyball team resumes KCAC conference play on Saturday (Sept. 30) afternoon, returning home to host the Tabor Bluejays at noon in the Ashcroft Center.
OPENING STORYLINES

Evangel fell to rival College of the Ozarks on Tuesday evening, 3-1.

Bella Wakley leads the team in kills so far this season, currently with 167.

Leah Jackson leads Evangel in assists with 261.

Sophomore Vivianna Sanchez leads the team with 50 blocks so far this year.

Jessica Pritchett and Leah Jackson lead the Valor in service aces, with 22 and 15, respectively.

Kenna Wise leads Evangel in digs with 292 and is 13th in the nation in digs per set, averaging 5.73 overall.

The Valor take on Tabor in their 19th meeting on Saturday and are 14-4 all-time against the Bluejays. Evangel's last win over Tabor came on August 27th of last season, when they won in three straight sets.
LOOKING AHEAD
Evangel remains at home on Wednesday (Oct. 4) evening to take on the Saint Mary Spires in the Ashcroft Center at 7:00 p.m.
