Valor Women's Soccer Seek First KCAC Win on Saturday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel women's soccer team returns home to take on the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes on Saturday (Sept. 16) afternoon, beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Coryell Field.

OPENING STORYLINES 

  • Evangel Women's Soccer has had a solid offensive year, currently with 15 goals this season.

  • Evangel is coming off a loss in their KCAC opener last Saturday, 2-1.

  • Sophomore Anna Crain leads the Valor in goals and assists, currently with five and three, respectively, on the season.

  • Chloe Hancock leads Evangel in saves, currently with 27 on the year.

  • Evangel and Kansas Wesleyan compete in their first ever head-to-head matchup on Saturday, as the Valor look to earn their first win in the KCAC.

LOOKING AHEAD

Evangel Women's Soccer hosts Friends on Wednesday (Sept. 20) evening at 5:00 p.m. at Coryell Field.
