WINFIELD, Kan. – Valor Men's Soccer concluded their road trip on Wednesday (Oct. 18) evening, taking on the Southwestern College Moundbuilders. After giving up a goal at the beginning of the first half, Evangel could not find an answer, as they ultimately fell, 2-0, in full time.
At the 4:13 mark of the match, Southwestern recorded the first goal of the game, taking an early 1-0 lead. Evangel was able to record several offensive chances in the first half, with a pair of shots coming from Igor Ovcarevic, but these shots could not find the back of the goal, as EU trailed by a single goal heading into halftime.

Rem Harmsworth would record a trio of shots in the half, but none of Evangel's opportunities would score, as EU fell to the Moundbuilders, 2-0.
