BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – The Evangel men's tennis team hit the road on Tuesday without their #2 player, looking to build another winning streak against a tough Oklahoma Wesleyan team. By the time the final point had been scored, Evangel ended on the losing side of things, falling 6-1 to the Eagles.

Oklahoma Wesleyan claimed the point in doubles play after taking two matches. Evangel's Sidney Dollar and Jarrett Teel claimed the lone win for EU in doubles play.

The Valor had a chance to narrow the Eagle lead, but in two consecutive matches, EU ended up losing the tiebreaking set, giving OKWU the points they needed to grab the victory.
