CONWAY, Ark. – The Evangel men's tennis team claimed their third overall victory of the season on Saturday (Mar. 19), beating East Texas Baptist, 6-3, but fell to Hendrix College on Friday (Mar. 18), 4-5.

Evangel took a point in doubles on Friday to Hendrix after the Dollar/Grosz and Teel/Robles duos fell. The lone doubles win on Friday was by Wong/McIlwraith in a 8-4 victory. On Saturday, the duos of Dollar/Grosz and Wong/McIlwraith took home two points in doubles after winning 8-2 and 8-3, respectively. 

The Valor claimed three wins in singles on Friday, falling just short of taking the overall win, 4-5. On Saturday, Evangel played dominant in singles, claiming four points overall to help guide them to their overall victory, 6-3.
