SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Doane University posted a 7-0 sweep of the Evangel men's tennis team Monday afternoon at Cooper Tennis Complex.

The Tigers captured the doubles portion of the matchup behind victories from Jorge Chevez/Esteban Gutierrez (6-4), Federico Infante/Henrique Sakoda (6-1) and Sam Coy/Donat Beke (6-2).

Chevez then topped Daryl Wong (6-0, 6-2), before Infante logged a 6-1, 6-2 win over James McIlwraith, Gutierrez bested Jarrett Teel (6-1, 6-0), Coy knocked off Sam Coryell (6-1, 6-2), Sakoda edged Devin Stone (6-1, 6-1) and Beke swept Luke Carpenter (6-0, 6-0) to lock up the victory.
