Springfield, Mo. – The Valor began tonight's matchup against Graceland on a much needed two game win streak. When all was said and done against Graceland, EU had pushed their win streak to three, sweeping the Yellowjackets, 3-0.
EU started out the evening slowly, getting into a back and forth match with the Yellowjackets. With the score all knotted up at 20 apiece, Graceland would struggle with their attacking and commit four attacking errors to allow the Valor to take the set, 25-21. The second set was all EU. After going up 17-12, the Valor would go on a 6-0 run to take the set, 25-14. The third set saw the Valor continue to attack well and the Yellowjackets could not slow the EU pace. EU began the set leading 7-1, and would never dip below a 5 point lead, giving them the final set, 25-18.

Bridget Petersen continued her impressive offensive efficiency, finishing with 13 kills on 17 total attacks, finishing with a .765 attacking percentage.
