Crusaders at #5 William Penn: Evangel travels to conference leader and fifth ranked William Penn on Saturday in Oskaloosa, Iowa. 

The Crusaders are 2-12 and 1-5 in the Heart of America conference. They are coming off of a 59-57 loss to Avila on Wednesday. Evangel has lost four straight in the conference and eight of their last nine overall. 

William Penn has won 13 straight and are unbeaten in the conference. The Statesmen are 13-1 with their only loss coming in their first game of the season falling to Briar Cliff (Iowa) 95-67. William Penn won at Culver-Stockton 101-70 on Wednesday in their last game. The Statesmen have a two game lead in the conference standings over the next closest teams, Central Methodist and Peru State. 

The two teams are meeting for only the second time ever and for the first time in more than 15 years. The Crusaders lead the all-time series 1-0.
