Springfield, Mo. – The Evangel University volleyball team moved up three spots to #17 in the current NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll.

The #17 national ranking is the highest the Crusaders (15-5, 1-1) have risen in the NAIA national poll in program history.  Evangel was previously #20 last week and went 4-1 with a win against then #17 Grand View University (Iowa).

Evangel is the lone Heart of America conference team ranked in the top 25. Baker (13-6, 2-0) and MidAmerica Nazarene (10-8, 2-0) are currently receiving votes.
