Sydney Jenkins joins Evangel Athletics as the new head Cheer coach, after serving as the Head HS Cheer coach for Nixa for over two years. A graduate of Evangel in 2021, Jenkins stated, "I am incredibly grateful to return to Evangel University as the head cheer coach. As an Evangel alumna, it is a blessing to come back to a place that had such a large impact on my life. I look forward to investing in our student-athletes, pursuing excellence together, and building a program that reflects Christ through servant leadership, integrity, and teamwork. I am excited for this new chapter and thankful for the opportunity to serve the Evangel community!"
